The Christmas Get-together was a little different this time – but we discovered that home office work also makes fun!
In many places, the year 2020 has brought suffering and pain, restriction, frustration and despair as well as helplessness. At the same time, however, 2020 has also brought many positive things. It has forced us to pause, focus on what is important, challenged our patience and trained our tolerance for frustration. It has shown us that transformation can happen quickly if you just get it right. For example, digitization in Germany finally really took off this year. Environmental impacts declined and we learned that not every trip and every journey by car is necessary for business success. People have been reminded that solidarity is necessary to keep our society alive. Working conditions in the health care system have been put into perspective and everyone knows how to appreciate being healthy.
We at magility have also questioned our topics this year, sorted ourselves out, sharpened our brand, developed new business models and can now go into the new year 2021 focused and full of anticipation. We are already working on the trend topics that will occupy everyone in 2021 and are looking forward to implementing successful, exciting and innovative projects with our customers, cooperation partners and high-tech startups.
